Licensing & disclosures
Everything you need to verify who we are and what we can legally do.
License
Triangle Mortgage LLC is a licensed mortgage broker holding NMLS ID #1725415. You can verify this license, and see any regulatory history, through NMLS Consumer Access, the official registry maintained by state financial regulators.
Where we lend
Triangle Mortgage lends on North Carolina property only. This is a licensing limit rather than a business preference. If your property is outside North Carolina we cannot originate your loan, regardless of where you live.
Rate quotes are not commitments
Rate quotes shown on this site or produced by our calculator are estimates based on the information provided at the time, and are not a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Actual terms depend on a complete application, verified income and assets, an acceptable appraisal, and underwriting approval. Interest rates and pricing change frequently and are not locked until a rate lock is executed with a lender on a specific loan file.
Annual percentage rate
Where an interest rate is shown, the corresponding annual percentage rate (APR) is shown with equal prominence. The APR reflects the interest rate together with certain finance charges, expressed as a yearly rate, so that offers with different fee structures can be compared. The APR is normally higher than the note rate.
Equal Housing Opportunity
We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other basis prohibited by law.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party resources, including federal agencies such as HUD, the VA, the USDA and the CFPB, so that you can verify program rules at their source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
